WorkConnect (“we,” “us”) provides revenue recovery services for merchants. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Data we process

• Shopify and Stripe events related to payments, orders, and disputes
• Customer contact details needed for dunning emails (if you enable them)
• Operational metadata (logs, timestamps, statuses) to provide the service

How we use data

• To detect failed payments and disputes
• To assemble evidence and draft dispute memos
• To send dunning emails you configure
• To measure ROI and generate reports

Your choices

• Access, export, or delete your data by emailing privacy@useworkconnect.com.
• Uninstall at any time to stop data processing.

Security

We use TLS in transit, role-based access, and audit logging. Evidence packets are retained only as needed to process disputes or as required by law.

Subprocessors

We use Shopify and Stripe as integrated processors, and standard cloud providers for hosting and storage.
